Apart from a solitary reovated tenement, kwartał 21 is entirely bereft of life. No light shines down from any of the surrounding buildings. It is a silent, foreboding wasteland of nothingness. No life, no people, no children, no cars; only the mute reproach of dark, shattered tenements.
